How do I place an order?
It's simple, pick the product you like, add it to cart and proceed to checkout. If you're 100% sure that's the product you want to buy, you can skip adding it to cart by clicking the button "Buy Now". After you're on the checkout page, fill up the order form and pay for it. We will get your order and start with the fulfillment!
How do I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Maestro, Mastercard) and Apple Pay & Amazon Pay for easy payments.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we deliver all around the world and the shipping remains free.
How long does it take to get my ordered product?
It usually depends on your location, so we'd recommend visiting our Shipping policy to learn more about it.
But in general, if you're from USA, your order will arrive in approximately 10-15 days.
The size I ordered is too small/large, can I get a refund or a new piece of clothes?
In case the size is not right, we're not responsible for that therefore we won't issue a refund or send you a new piece. You're responsible for picking the right size.
In case a piece arrived damaged, you can contact us and we will gladly send you a new one or return you your money.
Can I track my package?
Of course, every order gets a tracking number that you can use for tracking your parcel. Visit our Tracking page and simply paste your tracking number.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email?
If you do not receive an email from Utopia Fashion within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
